    When you request access to the LEV Circle, we collect your full name, email address, mobile telephone number, Instagram handle, referral source, and your response regarding why you wish to join.

  • Member Account Data

    Upon application approval, we create your member profile including your chosen username alias, primary contact email address, secure authentication credentials, full name, role title, and member status.

  • Profile & Identity Details

    Members may voluntarily provide personal bio details, an avatar icon, and professional or social profile links (such as Instagram, LinkedIn, or Twitter/X).

  • Gathering & RSVP Records

    We record your attendance responses (confirmed, waitlisted, pending, or declined) for private gatherings, guest preferences, and notification settings.

  • Member Interactions & Content

    Photos uploaded, comments submitted to private event feeds, and direct invitations or messages sent through the platform.

  • Technical & Diagnostics Data

    IP address (for security and rate limiting), access timestamps, browser specifications, preferred language settings, and secure session interaction records.

  • Security & Verification Records

    Authentication logs, multi-factor verification records, and content notices or reports submitted by or involving your account.

3. Lawful Bases for Processing

We process your personal data under the following lawful bases set out in Article 6 of the UK GDPR:

    Processing your membership credentials, gathering RSVPs, and digital pass verification to deliver the private membership services requested.

    Maintaining platform security, protecting member privacy, enforcing community standards, and communicating essential updates regarding upcoming gatherings. Our legitimate interests never override your fundamental privacy rights.

  • Legal Obligation (Article 6(1)(c))

    Retaining operational records required to comply with statutory and legal obligations under English law.

  • Consent (Article 6(1)(a))

    Where you voluntarily share optional profile details or opt into discretionary notifications. You may withdraw consent at any time.

4. Purposes of Data Processing

We process personal data for the following specific purposes:

  • Issuing and managing your digital membership pass
  • Curating private gatherings, managing guest lists, and sending invitations
  • Displaying authenticated member profiles, photos, and event contributions

  • Transmitting curated updates and private event notifications

5. Data Sharing & Disclosures

LEV does not sell, lease, or monetize your personal data. We disclose information strictly as follows:

  • Host & Venue Partners

    Your name may be shared with venue door security solely for guest list verification and entry control for gatherings you have confirmed attendance to.

  • Systems Architect & Infrastructure Processors

    Digital portal architecture, web servers, and technical systems managed by davetech.it (https://davetech.it), alongside trusted infrastructure providers operating under strict data processing agreements and confidentiality obligations.

  • Legal & Regulatory Authorities

    Where required by law, court order, or to protect the safety, rights, and privacy of LEV and its members.

  • Authorised LEV Concierge & Executive Team

    Authorised LEV administration and concierge team members for membership management, guest services, and community curation.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as required for the purposes set out in this notice:

  • Application Records

    Retained for up to 12 months following submission. Unsuccessful application data is subsequently deleted or anonymised.

  • Member Account Data

    Retained for the duration of active membership. Following membership termination, account data is deleted or anonymised within 90 days, unless longer retention is required by law.

  • Gathering & RSVP Data

    Retained for 24 months post-event for attendance records and dispute resolution, then anonymised.

  • Member Content

    Retained while your account is active. Member-deleted content is removed within 30 days. Account termination results in full content removal within 90 days.

  • Security Audit Logs

    Retained for 24 months for security investigation and system integrity, then permanently purged.

  • Content Notices

    Retained for 12 months following resolution, then archived or deleted.

7. Your Data Protection Rights

Under the UK GDPR, you hold the following statutory rights:

10. Adults-Only Community

LEV is an exclusive adults-only community. Membership and event access are strictly limited to individuals aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly process data relating to minors.

We may update this Privacy Notice to reflect evolving regulatory or operational requirements. Notice of significant revisions will be published on the platform alongside the updated date.
